Need Help With Prescription Costs?

If you have a low income, the NHS Low Income Scheme could help you pay for;

  • NHS prescriptions
  • NHS dental treatment charges
  • the cost of sight tests, glasses and contact lenses
  • the cost of travelling to receive NHS treatment
  • NHS wigs and fabric supports

The amount of help you are entitled to, depends on your household income and outgoings.  You can apply for a certificate to receive free or reduced cost treatment.  All you need to do is complete an HC1 Application Form.

DOWNLOAD: HC1 form https://www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/sites/default/files/2018-09/HC1%20September%202018.pdf or you can get a hard copy from our main reception.
