What is Social Prescribing?

People’s health is primarily determined by a range of social, economic and environmental factors. Social Prescribers in Norwich, are advisors who work for Citizens Advice and/or Age UK, who can help with non-medical issues that are affecting your health and wellbeing.

How can I book to see a Social Prescriber?

Just give us a call! 01603 251600. A member of the reception team can book you directly in with the Social Prescriber. You will have an initial telephone consultation with them, where they will assess your needs to see how best they can help you. This may be putting you in touch with other organisations or booking you follow up appointment(s) with them (via phone or in person) for further support.
