APPOINTMENTS: "Keep it or cancel it!  Don't waste it!"  Ever wondered why it can be difficult to get an appointment with a GP/Nurse?  Last month, 219 people failed to attend their booked appointment!  This is equal to 36.5 hours of wasted appointments!!! This is such a waste of NHS time and appointments are in high demand.  PLEASE...if you cannot make your appointment - cancel it!
